Thinking this could just be the last day of summer I had a day wandering up to Dreish with my rucksack full of heavy camera gear, must buy a lighter set of gear. The day was superb if a tad warm an unfit 66 year old doing his first Munroe of the year, no rain forecast and none arrived either. Started in Glen Doll, paid my £2 for the car park and let the wardens know where I was going, needn't have worried the hills were full of walkers doing the same sort of thing. Over the bridge and up the Kilbo Path, note part of this is closed due to tree felling and there's a diversion up the track for a few hundred metres.

Part of the path has been eroded by the rains, but is still ok.
