Starav is great - pity you didn't have better weather. But at least you got to BnAighenan - I managed to overlook it when I was up there :( .

Etive's a fine place, is it not, even with all the dreary forestry?

Yeah ! I remember your BIG route there last year with the missed one. The innitial ( and final ) walk was very wet - boggy places even on the other side of the stream  but great mountain and despite the mist on the top I enjoyed the rocky ridge ( no pics from the ridge, but the video shows it - start around 9 mins. of time...recorded by my phone - holding by my one hand )
Originally I planned to do the 5 together, but mostly bad - rainy weather there when I'm able to do bigger trips only every 6th weekend if weather allows ( most of my trips must finish afternoon for my busy schedule during a week ) so I decided for at least split route as Starav was on my to-do list for this year and not sure when I will be able to go to the mountains in the near future :?

I love those days when the clouds come and go - makes you appreciate the few seconds of view when the clouds temporarily part.. :)
Well done for getting BnA - was my nemesis for far too long!

Thanks :) I agree about the clouds, some patience need sometimes to see at least a few sec. of clear views...sometimes dilemma if wait longer or continue the walk if still clouds and you want the views, but the time limitation sometimes cuts it, then every sec. of a view is appreciated :D Sometimes the clouds makes the atmosphere and feelings of the mountains more dramatic and enjoyable
...but what a feelings when you start the climb happy that the top is clear - visible from bottom, then you are on the summit under the clag...waiting...waiting...still there without a view, then back down looking towards the top and it's clear again !  not just a rare case
