That's a good one! (though maybe digitally enhanced somewhat).

I imagine it is. Quite shocked when I put the local ducks through photobucket, and they turned into a Munch picture (as CharlesT pointed out at the end of the Can I Have a P Please Bob thread.) I now wonder about anything.

Seen this, thought of this report.

Stunning picture of rare 'white rainbow' captured in Scotland as storms hit the UK http://a.msn.com/r/2/AAkBqBh?m=en-gb&a=1

wilkiemurray I will be over in Scotland in April 18th. I have done the West Highland Way twice and Ben Nevis. I am heading back to Scotland to do the The Great Glen Way. I was thinking of doing the Bone Caves after my walk of the Great Glen Way but after watching your video, I was thinking of climbing Stac Polliadh. Will Stac Polliadh be snow covered at that time of year? Also, how long will it take me to climb with stopping to take videos/pictures along the way?

Cheers,
Jimmy

Whilst not impossible, it is unlikely that there will still be much snow about in that part of Scotland by mid-April. Maybe just the odd patch. The walk up Stac Polaidh is quite short, circles round the back of the hill then onto the ridge, and is only a few hours there and back. It then depends on how much scrambling you want to enjoy/avoid, and whether you go to the actual summit, which involves a short exposed scramble, as to whether its 2 hours or 4. Hello,
Do you think you could get 2 very small tents pitched up there rather than 1?
Thanks

Hi Dan

Its been a wee while since I was up, but I remember struggling to find enough space for my one man tent! There mayve another space, but it was a bit tight! Certaly make sure you have a good thick ground matt tank hides any rocks of lumpy bits .. Sorry I cant be moe specific..

god luck
