Do we now have a repeat of 29 May 1958 when Charles emerged from Colombey-les-Deux-Églises

I hope not for Charles' sake. The short biog says that at the end of his reign his country was nearly friendless. Any way, if there ARE any players on this thread under 70, they all think he is an airport now, and haven't a clue what we are talking about.

Yup, there are players under 70 but if they're like me, they won't have a clue what you septuagenarians+ are on about  - cheers :)

I can assure my fellow septuagenarians that there's nothing froggy about me, except maybe that whiff of "eau de seigneur " that seems to attach itself to our aging frames.

"NON" je dit.

Back with a puzzle when I've demisted what is somtimes laughingly referred to as my brain.

Now, to business and I'll try not to be too abstruse, though that's half the fun. :D

ICC has a much more evocative name as well as an interesting array of contents.

Afraid not, there's no gaelic in the answer and it's a thing not an organisation.

Thanks Charles, we must have been watching the same television programmes. Glad to keep the 70+ club going.

That's right Larry Groo. As you probably know there are plans to redevelop the site, which at the moment is much used by dog walkers, but with 16 listed buildings on site, it will take a lot of money. Plenty of pictures on line if anyone is interested.

Over to you.
