Left at quarter to 9 and followed a good track along by the aqueduct, past the substation and along to the bothy. Over a wee bridge to a small cairn and started to head up. Ground was mainly frozen underneath which was a bonus as it would have been quite boggy otherwise.
After a brief chat near the summit with a member of the estate and a " gent " photographing two ptarmigan( with the biggest camera going), it was on to the summit and cairn.
I reckon I had better pics of three of them further up on my wee android
Great views all round today and no rush so a chance to admire the views and have a coffee and bite to eat.
What a difference it makes when there's no rain or wind and you're not fighting against the hours of daylight

Took the scenic route on the way back.
Some people like going for a meal or to the pub when they've finished a walk but I like to visit distilleries or historic sites. I paid the Dewars distillery in Aberfeldy a visit.
Cap doffed to Meall Chuaitch.
