This board is for meeting up, whether it means arranging group walking trips, or just looking for a partner for your next walk or sharing a lift. There is also a club directory.
Warning Feel free to use this board to arrange to meet up with other walkers, either individually or for a particular walk, or for a larger get together over a weekend. The usual precautions are advised when arranging to meet individuals you have not previously met.

Please note that meetups are NOT arranged by Walkhighlands and everyone who arranges to meet for a walk using this board is responsible for their own safety. Please ensure you do not attempt a walk beyond your own abilities.

Changed my mind, I am going to go in from Dirrie More car park, i have not a lot of room in the car for the bike. If you are going i will be setting off at 9am .

I'll probably roll in at about teatime on Friday. I've not even had a chance to think about plans for Saturday yet as I just got home from Kashmir this afternoon. I'll just see what other folk are doing then decide on Friday night.

Sorry folks, won't make it to Tongue this time. Hope you all have a great time and thanks to Anne and Darren for organizing. Was camping so won't upset the bed situation.

Thanks to all involved. I was made to feel really welcome as a newcomer and had an ace weekend despite the jetlag! I'll make every effort to be at the next meet.
