Another excellent trip report Petr   ,I think some of the views from Ben Vorlich
are just beautiful ,and as for Vane it is among my favorites
it definetly is a relentlessly steep little mountain

Sheep and lamb picked a fine spot to do their munching.

Great report, hoping to do both this weekend. Bit daunted, but your report is really helpful (and encouraging!)

Thinking of doing this soon but as it's only my 8th Munro I'm a bit nervous about Ben Vanes scrambling. Is it much worse than up the east side of the cobbler? I managed that. OR indeed the scramble up Stuc a Chroin. But I would say that was my limit. I was a bit nervous there. But I did it.

I think you will be ok for it. It's not big deal just some short sections of simple scrambling, it was a long time ago I was there and I heard that the path was even improved since. I believe you are fit enough to do the two together as you are mentioning that you have 8 Munros done.
All the Best. Petr
