A surprising day on Ben Lomond, once out of the clouds a super cloud inversion with views in all directions. The surprising part was that I saw no-one until I had almost returned - a very quite day on the mountain and what an epic view to miss !

Makes a great end to the year on the hills for me.... #143

It's quite remarkable how quickly everything has changed in a few days! This was the view of Ben Lomond from Ben Vane on Saturday...
