Well only one left, what will I do when they are done? About Eight years ago A friend of mine from work asked me if I wanted to go up great gable with him, I said why not I'll give it a go. That day changed my life. Unfortunately my friend has been having bother with his hips and has not been able to walk the hills like he used to, This has also changed his life. Last week he under went surgery to repair his damaged hips. So hopefully in a couple of months time we will go up my last Wainwright together and square the circle.

I wouldn't recommend this way up, It very muddy and the path back down through the woods is not good.

Looked a lovely day for it, I'd agree that Ullscarf is not the finest from this side. Here's wishing you a great day on Rannerdale knots to finish off.
