Route description: Monega Hill and Glas Maol round from Glen Isla

Munros included on this walk: Glas Maol

Date walked: 15/03/2018

Distance: 18.1 km

Ascent: 849m

For my second Munro I knew I will have bad weather but I got even more that I bargained for :shock:

Wind was so strong I almost retreat few time but after risk assessment I decided to carry on and I'm glad I did as will remember for the rest of my life this crazy climb :D

Didn't saw much scenery unless both summit, my boots and GPS screen :lol: as permanent whiteout

For the record even if I'm a rookie at mountain walking and was outside of my "comfort" zone I have a quite substantial military background, right equipment and didn't took any uncalculated risk but as all know when you step in the mountain isn't without risk!
