Lovely walk on a welcome sunny day. Great views of the snowy Cairngorms and back to Aberdeenshire. Some deep snow lingering in places but generally good under foot. Route description notes really excellent with way markers a bit sparse. Watch out for sheep and lambs on the outward section. We enjoyed the circular nature of the walk. Tarland seems a lovely village.
