Apologies if this is in the wrong place and for the short notice (I received this news last night).
Habitual visitors to Lochivraon Bothy since 1989 will know in May there is a sizeable school Outdoor Education project which Inverbroom Estate have allowed to make use of the bothy.
Now that the bothy is the smaller custom built affair behind the cottage, school groups are granted EXCLUSIVE USE.
The notice I have been asked to publicise reads as follows:
FOR THE PERIOD OF MIDDAY TUESDAY 15th to MIDDAY THURSDAY 24th MAY INVERBROOM ESTATE HAVE GRANTED EXCLUSIVE USE TO SCHOOL GROUPS, WHO ARE TAKING PART IN AN OUTDOOR PROJECT ON THE SURROUNDING HILLS.
APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.
Of course the bothy will be open once again after that period. L.
