Nothing like leaving the most awkward till last! Loved these hills though - great area and a fantastic day to finish the Grahams .

Having slogged through from Oban to Pean in awful flood conditions with an inflatable canoe on my back, I can appreciate what a bugger of a glen that is to walk through.

Well done on your completion - you certainly chose the weather to do it justice.
A good and helpful description of the route in - apart from the precarious path along the loch, which I think I remember from Malky's description, it sounds a good route and more scenic than the one we took.

You going to be finishing off those pesky Munro Tops now?

Magic! I loved reading this report. It's a superb area, as I just recently discovered (Glens Dessary and Kingie), and absolutely unbeatable in weather like you had. These 2 hills have duly entered my "to do" list, along with Streap and Sgurr Thuilm!

BTW I was interested to read that you purify your water before drinking. Have you had some bad experience that's persuaded you that this is a good thing to do?

Yes. To be fair I invested in a UV Steripen for a trip to Indian Himalaya so now also use it at home.
