Time taken: 6.5 hours

Distance: 18 km

Ascent: 1506m

Was initially just planning on Nevis (via tourist route) but decided at the top to descend via the Arete and take in Carn Mor Dearg too. Great weather and a thoroughly enjoyable day, although the clamber down from CMD into the valley was tough.
