There have been some changes to the start of this lovely trip.
The Forestry Commission have built a new car park about 200 metres before the wooden Chisholme Bridge. It is now on the right, north side of the road.
What looks like the old place to park on the left has been raised so not available to park on.
From the car park there is a new footpath that takes you to the track up the hills.
The track is now a hydro road up the same route except with a high pressure pipe underneath from the dam you pass after 2.5km.
Beyond this is just as boggy!
Of note, on the way down from Toll Creagach are lots of turf-banked terraces across the slope - an effect of wind and freeze/ thaw on the ground.
Coming down Toll Creagach you hit the path a couple of hundred metres west of the hydro dam.
1.5km west of the newer park is a larger one with toilets if needed.
