Read other users walk reports for the long distance trails - and add your own.

NB. This board is for reports on multi-day long distance routes - reports on simply long walks should be added to the standard boards.
Warning Please note that hillwalking when there is snow lying requires an ice-axe, crampons and the knowledge, experience and skill to use them correctly. Summer routes may not be viable or appropriate in winter. See winter information on our skills and safety pages for more information.

The Annapurna circuit in Nepal is world famous. Does it deserve the good reputation?

I have been hiking pretty much all over the world, and Nepal has a special place in my heart. The Annapurna trek is great, even though it can be argued that it was better in the past. Most people will be able to do this trek if they are determined. Go organized if you are not sure you have what it takes.

Feel free to check out my video from when I hiked the circuit in 2014.
