Beautiful day - healthy sprinkle of powder, no clouds and a fierce wind from the east coast. Nice firm track, but patches of ice above the treeline, esp at the two peaks - in the stone step basins. Followed the track for the most, but climbed Mither Tap from the front rocks going diagonally up to the left through the gap between the main rock walls as you look at it from the Oxen Craig approach.
