Here in the NE Cullen Skink is on nearly every menu so I thought of it pretty quickly..Personally, I am not a fish (or meat) lover and it doesn't appeal. I thought it would be harder(but the answers you know are always the easy ones) and had been convinced it was the Caithness stone so was prepared to be wrong.

So is H for Hill? I can't think of anything else that trig points are associated with.
