Walked with Jen

Beautiful clear day with strong winds

Set off at sunrise with a boggy walk in after the woods. It soon became steep as we headed up CMD which is one of the best viewpoints I've been on.

The ridge was non technical and we managed to keep to the crest only seeing two fell runners. Views down Glen NEvis were amazing.

Summing the Ben to be surrounded by walkers. The summit was flat and bouldery and we took some bearing practice.

Walking down we were passed by lots of people who would be finishing in the dark (including a pole dancign club!!!).

Coming off the main path at the halfway locahin we had a nav disagreemtn but made it down safe and still talking.

Pretty much perfect
