Distance/timing of walks

Hi
I’m new to Walkhighlands, so apologies if this is a daft question, but can you tell me if the timings and distance for your walks include the return? For example, this one: https://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/galloway/striding-arches.shtml says ‘The walk returns the same way’, which is clear, but I cannot tell whether that means we’ll be walking a total distance of 6 miles in 2.5 - 3.5 hours, as quoted at the start of the description, or double that for the full walk (ie. including return).

It's always for the whole walk as it is described, so if it says 'return the same way' that is included.

For a few routes it doesn't say that - e.g. stages of long distance routes, and some where it says 'get a bus back to the start' or similar.
