Hi Ali

You have yours set to private so you are the only person who can view it. It should still appear normally for you - there aren't any reported issues.

Thanks for your reply Paul.
How do I make my munro map vissible to everyone?
Also, in box where the munro map (and also where the route maps should dislay) is blank, but at the bottom righthand corner there is a small box with 'leaflet' written in it - I have clicked on this and downloaded the leaflet software, incase that would help - but it hasn't.
I still can't see my munro map!

Hi Ali

Making your Munro map visible to everyone is the default; to turn it back on, you need to go to your munro map, click update munros, there's then a radio button next to where you choose the hills you climb.

If you can't see any maps at all - is there a message about stealing tiles? If not then you've most likely got javascript turned off in your browser, or installed a plugin that prevents our maps being displayed.

Leaflet is software that is built-in to Walkhighlands, not something you can install on your PC.

Hi. I seem to also have a problem displaying maps. The following message appears in the box -'These map tiles are being stolen from Walkinghighlands. Please stop as we are paying OS royalties and bandwith for each tile'. Any ideas what is wrong. Never had this problem before.

cheers

Have you recently installed some sort of privacy plugin or similar?

In order to help discourage other sites from using our map tiles and leaving us with the bills for it, your browser has to be able to tell our map server that you are on the Walkhighlands website before it will serve you a map tile. I think there are some privacy add-ons or plugins that will prevent this from happening.

Thanks for the response Paul. I'm not aware of anything but i will have a look. Could well be something like that as my other laptop is fine.
