Last time I was there was late last year, the gate at the bottom was open but a sign said it may be locked at any time. I parked in Kinlochleven the last time I went up past Mamore lodge but could have parked at the bottom of the road beside the gate or at the lodge.
What are your plans?

When the gate blocks your car
So you walk from afar,
That's Mamore...

I'll get my coat.

I think I would probably park at the Grey Mares Tail car park next to the church and use a combination of the walkhighlands routes, but Mamore Lodge is tempting and saves a bit of height. :?
All the best. :D
