I reckon the Scottish Islands by Hamish Haswell-Smith, or another of his; An Island Odyssey. Unfortunately they are about a square yard each and cost an arm and a spleen. This one looks good, though I have not read it myself, but it gets good reviews. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Outer-Hebrides-Guide-revision-Charles/dp/0951785990/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?keywords=flora+and+fauna+of+the+western+isles+of+scotland&qid=1555135119&s=books&sr=1-1-fkmr0

Not specific to the Hebrides, but you might find this useful: https://www.amazon.co.uk/British-Coastal-Wildlife-Collins-Complete/dp/0007413858

There is a book - Birds of the Outer Hebrides sub title 'A Guide to their Status and Distribution' by Peter Cunningham, published by the Melven Press in 1983. There appears to be a couple of second-hand copies available on Amazon from £11.95.

PS my copy is NFS!
