Are APS Biocontrol who are forecasting another bumper midge year the same APS Biocontrol who make Smidge?

It all falls in to place now! The bastards are probably breeding the wee horrors in a top-secret base inside a hollowed-out volcanoe - or Dun Caan on Raasay - and will issue a threat to unleash the hordes of midgies on an innocent world unless we give Dr Evil a hundred pounds! :shock:
