Route description: The Grey Corries

Munros included on this walk: Aonach Beag (Nevis Range), Aonach Mòr, Sgùrr Chòinnich Mòr, Stob Bàn (Grey Corries), Stob Choire Claurigh, Stob Coire an Laoigh

Date walked: 19/06/2010

Time taken: 11 hours

Distance: 28 km

Ascent: 2400m

Aonachs and Grey Corries completed on June 19th 2010 by members of the Scottish Hillwalking group. A warm dry day with a stiff little 25mph breeze. Fantastic views of the Mamores and North Face of Ben nevis.

Great pics in the video, certainly got good weather that day. Those Grey Corries do look strange, why are they like that?

I have no idea, sorry.

Having hills of many shapes, sizes and colour justs adds to the allure of them.

Cuillins in Skye are just awesome, with black jagged rock formations spouting everywhere.
