3 days backpacking cover 9 remotest munros from Glenfinnan to inverie.
For the day2 gpx route would recommend an alternative earlier river crossing point for river Carnoch than the one in days2 GPX file. I will upload my previous day2 GPX (the first GPX file below) for the same round 2 years ago, only for the Carnoch river crossing part, all the rest route follow the new GPX.
Walking distance around 70k, ascent 6225m Plus bus from mallaig to glenfinnan and ferry from inverie to mallaig. 9 munros: 1.Sgurr nan Coireachan 2.Sgurr Thuilm 3.Sgurr Mor 4.Sgurr nan Coireachan 5.Garbh Chioch Mhor 6.Sgurr na Ciche 7.Meall Buidhe 8.Luinne Bheinn 9. Ladhar Bheinn.
Been 2 years since Sunny created the Knoydart Tough Round, think it Would be a great idea to repeat this epic unique route to improve the route and benefit the others. Sunny is soloing this route, the route require high level of fitness stamina and the experience of backpacking expeditions.
