Hi
Just to let you know that myself with wife and her brother and sister in law, climbed ben Nevis on Saturday 07.08.2010
The weather was superb, sunshine all the way up and down with a wee bit of cloud just as we finished lunch but after ascending a few hundrend feet the sun appeared again. Time taken not so good, my wife Liz was the pace setter and struggled up and down, but bless her, she just put one foot in front of each other and just kept slogging it out.
Coming down was not any easier but was a wee bit quicker. We celebrated with a meal and a couple of drinks at the Ben Nevis Inn at the bottom of the mountain. In all it was a great day out and it was worth every aching musle.
Not sure how we would have felt if the weather hadn`t been so good, we were very very lucky.

You managed to time that one well - there's not been many days with weather like that lately

Nice to see someone getting some nice weather out on the hills this year. I always find a pint tastes so much better than normal after a long slog like this.
