Face coverings

Postby gammy leg walker » Tue Apr 28, 2020 7:28 pm

With the Scottish Government now saying face coverings may help in a small way in protecting the spread of Covid 19 I thought we should try and put some cheer in the face of all the bad news and let’s post some pictures of the buffs the WH members may use, here’s a few of mine to get started

I don't use buffs, but I have some scarves. I tried to make a video in disguise to ask a question on the daily press conference
www.gov.uk/ask. but my voice is too incriminating.

This might not be 100% compliant, as it's got breathing holes. I reckon it would keep people a good deal more than 2 metres away from me though

Hadn't even occurred to me a buff might work. I don't tend to use them but my husband has loads so can always pinch one of his

Staying on the horse theme, I met this guy last year with strange face and body coverings. I think it was for the midgies. You cant catch the corona from the midgie - can you???

No, it is not blood-borne it is a respiratory illness, spread by inhaling infected droplets from others, or passing infected material into the body such as touching a contaminated surface then touching your face/mouth. Wash your hands a lot.

A helmet I have left over from my old days riding with the border reivers might do...

What if the midgie breathes on you?
