https://www.gov.scot/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-scotlands-route-map-indicative-dates-remainder-phase-2-early-phase-3/pages/2/
Phase 2 - Indicative Dates
Travel distance restriction relaxed - 3 July

Self-catering accommodation and second homes (without shared facilities) permitted - 3 July

Outdoor hospitality (subject to physical distancing rules and public health advice) - 6 July

Great news if this timeline happens - a few weeks earlier than expected.

Anyone want to bet it will be 100mph winds, thunderstorms, torrential rain, hailstones the size of footballs and a UFO invasion that weekend?

Good news for the folks in Scotland.

Meanwhile here in Birmingham we have have reached an important milestone in the return to normality. Tunnocks caramel wafers are now back in the shops.

Depends who "they" are in any particular instance - could be the NTS, the local council, a private estate, or whatever it is that the Forestry Commission likes to call itself these days (which seems to change every two or three years - think it might be "Forestry and Land Scotland or some such nonsense at the moment).
