Yep, that's the one. Turned out to be too shallow to get our paddles in properly, so my planned group photo on the water in front of Stac Pollaidh was blown into chaos!

If nobody got it from that clue, the next one was going to be the grid ref!!

Loch na h-Airde, Rubh an Dunan, on a headland out from Glen Brittle, Skye.

That's the one! I took this photo for reference, to see the possible route to the Sgurr nam Boc cliffs that lie just beyond.

Not far off, within 8km or should I say 4.3 nautical miles. Now it looks like I will have to drag myself along there as the way there looks very interesting going by the description and reports.

It is interesting but it feels a lot farther than it looks, and jutting out into the sea it is very much exposed to the weather. Be careful of the forecast before you set off. :shock:

Yeah, just had to work out the angle. I have a fair few VERY obscure ones, but with no features that would help anybody know where on earth I was.
