Another nice day at Aviemore, so forced youngest son into the car to go and climb Ben Macdui. Started off from funicular car park ( open today) along the great path to Miadan Creag an leth- choin. Good views back along the lairig ghru

We liked the northern corries earlier this week so decided to go back that way to show Ruairidh the cliffs. Not far to Bynack More which we had liked last summer

Made a good decision to head down the Coire cas ridge instead of cairngorm, good path and less busy, and back to car in just over 5 hours. We think Ruairidh enjoyed this, although he will never admit it
