The walk from the visitor centre to and from Bruce's Stone is pleasant but the iron age roundhouse appears to have gone missing!
The walk across Benniguinea is rather tedious unless you enjoy lengthy and gloomy forestry tracks! If you do take it on, I recommend continuing up to the summit (step 5) which, although marred by the communications tower, is above the tree line and so has good views in all directions.
The return path described in step 5 has, at present, no marker from the forestry track so needs care in locating its start. Once found it is clear throughout with occassional way markers and is a vast improvement on the tracks though, as mentioned in the walk description, it is fairly wet.
It's also worth noting that the broken stile (stage 3) referenced in an earlier report has now been replaced by a very safe gate!
