For me the new laws are not really acceptable but I probably will stick to them for now.
As for the guidance - it's just that, guidance not law.
Anyone looking at the advice should consider how it is going to affect their mental health among other things. They should also consider the study (widely ignored) which has said mountaineering activities have been negligible in transmitting the covid.
The bigger issue and most unpalatable thing for many in the highlands is that we will probably be forced into a lockdown because the southeast of england issues is what dictates how everyone else should live.
