Nice video, including weasel ( I always like seeing my kin on film 😊). Useful snow conditions update, might head up this weekend

Quite a few construction vehicles on the approach road near and ahead of the Dam parking area which is closed for public use and only for construction vehicles. There has been a landslide a little East of the Dam approach to Gairich but no problems with the road or cossing the Dam to Gairich.

On returning from Gairich were i parked on the grass verge just a few hundred metres up from the Dam car park a car parked up behind me and was told in a nice way that parking in this area would be at car owners risk but could find a spot about 1 mile away were the person said thanks but i'll take my chances.

Would think the drivers of these vehicles are all very good drivers and highly unlikely to bump your vehicle.

Don't know when landslide happened but looks like some time ago.

Great Video and walk, enjoyed watching !

Im was going to head into Loch Quioch for Gairich + Sgurr Mhor, in a couple of weeks and then potentially follow with Spidean Mialach + Gleouriach. Is it worth avoiding given the car park is closed at the dam ? and approaching via Glen Dessarry ?

The land slide was late 2018, i am surprised they are still working !

You’ll get parked about half a km east of the dam, or you can probably park at the dam/worksite on a Saturday or Sunday as they weren’t working there this weekend and lots of folk parked there
