Route description: Buachaille Etive Beag

Munros included on this walk: Stob Coire Raineach (Buachaille Etive Beag), Stob Dubh (Buachaille Etive Beag)

Date walked: 01/09/2010

Time taken: 5 hours

Distance: 8 km

Ascent: 1055m

Done this walk back in September. The wee Buachaille truly is a great walk with stunning views especially down Loch Etive from summit of Stob Dubh. The walk itself is simple just follow path from carpark and turn left at first junction on path after 10 minutes walk or so. Then follow steps rest of the way up simple really. Enjoy recommend to anyone fantastic couple of Munro,s. PS Met poor soul on way down said he was lost looking for Ben Lomond. I said he is more than welcome to join along with my next walk.

Stunning views from there, that second pic is a helluva shot; gonna note this one for myself later in the year - thanks for posting :D

Met her coming off Sgurr Dhonaill a couple of years ago. Had a long chat with her and her mates. She took the p*ss out of my two terriers 'wee legs'! Funny
