Just a follow up to stretch"s brilliant report of our day on Mount Keen. With Alan and James only having Saturday off we were desperate to get out somewhere.after contacting stretch late Thursday we left mine at 5.45am,swung by St Andrews and were in the carpark at Invermark and on our way by 9.00am.

Thanks for the advice mate, the trick is not too rely on self arrest, more to work on your footwork, the saying goes "watch your footwork and the rest will follow"
