Every now and then a walk surprises you; one you're expecting to be awesome disappoints, or in this case one you haven't been overly excited about turns into a hidden delight, as was the case for me with Mount Keen...

Walking down Glen Esk by the River is truly beautiful; this place must look stunning in the summer when the heather is flowering. I fell in love with the place instantly...

I sat up here for around 15 minutes just absorbing the view; it truly was stunning, and I thought there can't be too many days when you'll not see a soul from start to finish on htis walk; especially with weather like this.
