After a long journey from Berlin by plane and car me and Mrs. Beekeeper were arrived in Killin in the afternoon. When we finished dropping all our staff in the B&B our legs need a bit movement after the long time of sitting and there was enough daylight for a short walk.
The Loch Tay walk looks perfect to get the first feelings back in the Highlands.
The walk starts behind a public toilet (sorry no pic) at a car park, what a funny beginning. Then it goes along a dismantled railway and we get nice views on the surrounding hillside.
Have a rest from the strenuous walk
The path continues along the shore of Loch Tay with again beauty full spots.
In the end a really fine walk which gave us the first smell of the Highlands,
YES WE ARE BACK
