Distance: 13.5 km

Ascent: 1325m

Well this was my first hill walk of any kind. Quite an accomplishment for me considering I don't even walk to the shop!

I'm also grateful my fellow walkers didn't desert me after 30 mins considering the amount of breaks I needed. Wasn't too amused at the fact that every time I thought I was near to the top there was always more to go (apparently that happens all the time). Got there in the end and intend to persevere so hopefully another one next week. x

Well done you indeed. You wont find many shops on Munros I'm afraid but don't let it stop you now you've started.

Well done to you,i walked up my first Munro on Monday 25th April and my fellow walkers convinced me to do 4 more around Lochnagar lol,so i did 5 in one day,massive 17mile trek,a few beers were soaked up afterwards to help my poor leggys haha :lol:
