Set off from Dalrigh on the bikes along the track to just short of the old mine, here we left the bikes and headed up Beinn Chuirn. It took 1 hour to cycle in and another hour to reach the summit.

We went round the mine, past Eas Anie and followed the broad ridge upto the summit.

The walk up the ridge was quite easy going and not very steep, unlike it's east face which was our planned route to the Graham.

The weather was perfect, though as we gained height we could feel the wind picking up and it was pretty blowy on the summit.

We didn't spend long on the summit due to the wind then headed north north east to find a way down the steep slopes. I saw a route down from where we left the bikes earlier and once we passed the main crags i eventually spotted it. I then waited on Kim to check she was ok to go down it, which luckily she was or she'd be walking back herself :D

We stopped at a large boulder where we got some shelter from the wind and had some lunch.

After lunch it was only a short distance till we were off the steep section and heading through the trees and up towards Meall Odhar. Looking back we couldn't believe we got down the way we did, although it does look worse than what it was.

I think it was only about 30 mins it took to get up to Meall Odhar, once we reached the trees. Personally i think this is a great wee hill with wonderfull views of all the Biggies surrounding it.

After a snack on the summit we headed down towards the bikes via the trees. Once at the bikes it was a 40 mins cycle back to Dalrigh.

This is a combination I've had designs on for quite a while but you know how it is.... too many plans, too little time. This'll do nicely though until I actually find the time! Cheers. :D
