I walked this a couple of months back, and to be honest the boulders underfoot made me not want to go back there in too much of a hurry !

Does anyone else share this reticence about what is often viewed as one of the ' crown jewels ' of the Munros ?

It's relative isolation of course makes for good views.

Agree. Not the best mountain in Scotland. Much overrated and that boulder field is unpleasant.

I agree! This was my first Munro but I did not enjoy the boulder field that much :( was pleased to reach the top but dont think i'd be rushing back, completed Ben Lomond on Tuesday and enjoyed it 100x more. :D
