It was an early start for me an Rab as he was working later on that day, So 5am start from Clydebank .
Robbie and I left to pick up Rab at his house all set for and an other drive up the A82 to the Lawers group to climb
the last two hill for me to bag in the group Meall Corranaich and Meall a' Choire Leith.
The drive up was great not very busy and the sun was out and very little cloud hang around the Ben ( lomond).
Parked the car at the cairn just after seven with no other car to be seen at the old vistor centre , think we would
be the only two up the hills to-day....

With the walkhighlands route printed in hand we set of about 07:30, First walking in the peat bogs was not very hard
going but we found the wooden post and then the steel one's that was like our hand rail up to the top of Meall Corranaich

At the car i checked the time for this walk we done it car to car in 3hrs 15min..A great time for a great wee early morning climb. Time to feed robbie and ourselfs before heading home intime for Rab to get to work,
That was all the 8 munro's in Lawers climbed and my total up to 49 my next climb would be the big 50...
Great climbing great hills and climbing mate's .. now on to the Cruachan hills for no 50 and 51 ... and bye to Lawers

Nice one Scotrail Driver. Nice couple of hills these. Unfortunately I done them in the monsoon season and the bogs were a nightmare.

P.S. If your gonna plank get your legs straight
