Thoroughly enjoyable walk. Started off a bit later in the day than what we usually do so arrived at the car park at about 9-ish to be greeted by 2 minibuses full of schoolchildren who were (thankfully) heading off in the opposite direction of Sgurr Mor. Weather wasn't too bad in respect to visibility so bit gutted i never took more photos, rained on and off entire walk but regardless of that would've been wet anyway from the river crossing. Speaking of which must've spent a good 30mins looking for a decent place to cross before deciding to just go for it with the water being just a bit shorter than waist height, saying that im no the tallest of dudes. Like i said didn't take many photos but nevertheless here they are, tried to get some good views of the surrounding area and a few shots of a couple of ptarmigan but they're super hard to make out in like pictures 5 and 6 and that like.

I wondered why you'd posted lots of photos of rocks - then I read your report. I think I can make out three birds in your photos - the others are too well hidden for my eyesight. :(

Cracking pics. Those birds are well camoflaged for their environment! So did you just wade through the water???? Hope you weren't too uncomfortable later :(
