Arrived at Succoth car park at 8.45 ready to tackle Beinn Narnain and Beinn Ime only to find the car park ticket machine has returned :( So after a quick dash back to Tarbet for some money off i set, with Mia as always, to bag another 2 Munros :) As you start on the main path you quickly find the start of the 'real' path on your right, although it is quite overgrown it's easy enough to spot, then its straight up you go over the concrete blocks.

The track can be quite wet in places with a constant flow of water but nothing to tricky.

Hey Sonic I loved the summit of Ime the views are fantastic aren't they? Found Narnian a tough start to the day but once i got going it was great, the final scramble up the Spearhead is great fun :) Never thought of doing them the other way round maybe try that the next time :D

You look like you had a great day up there :) . Can't ever imagine going up there without taking in the Cobbler, just got the Cobbler's wife to take in on my next visit and that'll be up Ben Luibean from the Rest & Be Thankful or from the car park towards Butteridge..because I do enjoy Beinn an Lochain which I also consider as the hidden gem in the Arrochar Alps.

Thanks Gary, it's a great 'wee' walk :) Once you find the start of the path at Succoth just follow your nose, only bit where the path becomes loseable is after the 1st scramble on way up Narnian but you pick it up again quite easily. Good luck with the climb.

Really enjoyed it Jabber, as a newbie it really has gave me a thirst for more and with so many out there its great to get recommendations for my next trip. Had a wee look at other reports on Beinn an Lochain and it looks a cracker so thanks for the tip mate :D
