This is first walk report so a bit tentative...
First serious hill this year so lack of level walk in let me know how unfit I was - but the views of Loch Torridon gave a good excuse for regular photo stops!
Followed path up to Coir nan Laogh
The horns came into view
Sgurr Mhor with it's deep cleft
Followed path up the corrie passing guys doing path maintenance (much appreciated). Asked them how much snow was higher up and they said none at all which surprised me as there had been fresh snow so recently.
View of Sgurr Mhor and horns from top of Tom na Gruagaich
Jack and Tess at Tom na Gruagaich summit
They're great companions on the hill - totally get it about heading for the cairn at the top and are always there before me
Steep rocky descent off Tom na Gruagaich before following path up to cleft
Sgurr Mhor summit with Gairloch in distance
View from top showing Liathach's ridge
Folk coming the opposite way said the horns would be too much for the dogs but I thought too much for me more like!
Decided not to complete the round so returned to the cleft. Light coming through was too bright for camera to cope with
Walked down from col on grassy slopes and round the hill
There were a couple of deer fences to negotiate (where the dogs excelled themselves clambering over a 7 foot high stile) then walked back up the road to where the car was parked.
All in all a fantastic day!
