First view of the day
By this time eyes streaming, throat closed, nose running like the Allt Ur which we need to cross at the ford, but not to-day,so back track and cross the wooden bridge further up stream, once over pick up the good track & make good time along the path and soon reach the ruins of Tom na Grobh farm

Once across safe have a wee look back, the river is in spate & glad were across
009.JPG
Dont want to fall in there
The air is warm & damp, more heather, bracken & wee barstewards to walk through before you get to the underpass at the railway
010.JPG
Tight Squeeze
Once through here, you clear the bracken, heather, trees & midges & now onto the open hill & start climbing,ACHOO,ACHOO,SNIFF,COUGH,ACHOO,the climb up onto Creachain seams takes for ever,in fact from the time we left the car to the summit takes us 4hrs 5min,there is no path just follow the stream flowing down the hillside

Well my friend, way to persevere! You even managed to get some views before it was all said and done. Hope you are feeling better, if you were here in TN experiencing this fine sunshine and heat you'd be extra healthy!

I just wonder though, why didn't James take any pics of you crossing streams? I know you fell in at some point!
