1 hour 50 up. 1 hour 5 down. Next summer hopefully get it down to 2.5 hours :)

I was just back from an Epic weekend driving to Milton Keynes and back to see the mighty Biffy Clyro, and decided the best way to work off the junk food weekend was to pay Ben Lomond a visit.

Im scared of the sheep. One of them chased me. I would be quicker if there wasnt sheep.

Great effort Emma and a couple of cracking pics there, maybe you have missed an opportunity here - get a sheep to chase you up and improve your time that way

Depends what direction they chase you in - might help you beat your time if they chase you in the direction of the summit and back! ;)

or you could take some time to enjoy it and come down the Ptarmigan ridge, which is worthwhile :)
