Hi everyone,
I've been viewing this site for a few years but only just registered. Heading north from the dreary midlands on Friday 11th. to introduce my eldest son to Skye and Torridon. (been with the younger two, but Peter always missed out somehow). Hope to move up permanently next year too. Looking forward to both events and being part of your community; (virtually and physically).
To make the forum a bit more social... for new members (and old ones!) to introduce themselves to the site. You are welcome!

Hi Martin
Hope you have a great trip north of the border.Welcome to the site. I am also a new member also and am only recently returned to Scotland from Derbyshire.
I like the midlands but they are rather flat! Some nice walks in the Peak District though.
Best Wishes
Gillian
