Probably more taxing than it looks
Route: Beinn a' Chochuill & Beinn Eunaich
Munros: Beinn a' Chochuill, Beinn Eunaich
Date walked: 02/08/2021
Time taken: 6 hours
Distance: 13.5km
Ascent: 1378m
Set off from Allt Mohoille where there is fairly limited parking. We had debated whether to tackle clockwise or anti clockwise however ultimately decided to follow the clockwise route as suggested on walkhighlands.
On reflection I don't think there is an obviously preferable way round to tackle the walk. The steep descent started about 400m north of Stob Maol and was tricky but by no means awful on a sunny day.
There is a small cairn at the base of this steep path where it meets the main track, this allows access to try the anti clockwise route.
Overall a pretty good walk though the lack of distinct path up to the Benin a choicull ridge and down from Bein Eunaich towards the track would put me off navigating in low visibility.
