Hi, a friend and i will be walking the GGW in May this year, we are doing the walk to raise funds for the SSPCA.The Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is Scotland's animal welfare charity. I have been reading some of the stories on their website over the past few weeks and some of the cases of animal cruelty are horrific. I decided to try and help them in some way and a sponsored walk seems like a good idea. I just wanted to ask the forum members if they could make a donation to help me raise funds for the SSPCA. I plan on posting a wee report of our walk and also posting pictures of the trip.We are planning to start the walk at Fort William on the 2nd May and arrive in Inverness 73 miles later on the Saturday morning,hopefully we might meet some forum members on the way.
